Our studio policies help to allow a smooth and efficient system to work in meeting the goals and vision of JMC.  Please read over the guide and contact us for any questions and/or clarifications.



Students must come on time for the lesson. As every student has his/her own time slot, we cannot extend the normal lesson timing. Parents of younger students are expected to collect their children promptly at the completion of each lesson. JMC will not be held responsible for children once their lessons have finished. 


Missed Lessons

You are paying to reserve your weekly lesson time. Missed or forgotten lessons cannot be refunded nor carried over.


Replacement Lesson: 24-hour Cancellation Policy

Every effort will be made to re-schedule lessons when required as long as 24 hours notice is given. Replacement lesson is valid for one (1) year. Classes cancelled on the same day of the lesson will be forfeited.



If you will be away during school breaks, please inform JMC management if you want us to hold the slot for when you come back.  There is a request form to be filled out for this purpose.  Failure to submit this form may result to your files being put in the “Inactive Student” record and thus forfeit your remaining lessons and lose your slot. Any lesson that falls on a public holiday will be replaced.


Inactive Students

Inactive students are those who have not been attending lessons for two consecutive weeks without notifying JMC Management.  JMC Management has therefore the right to remove the student from the “Active Students” record and thus forfeit anymore remaining lessons.



Disruptive and abusive behavior towards  the  staff   and/or  students  of JMC,  or failure to comply with studio policies may result in  lesson  termination  if  discussions with the student and parents  are unsuccessful.  Unused, forfeited or terminated lessons will not be refunded.           

Tuition Fees:  All fees must be paid in advance. Individual lessons are paid at the beginning of month.  Tuition fee may be adjusted based on the number of weekly lessons in a month. All fees are non-refundable and will not be carried over for the following months.
